[Recipe] Broccoli Craisin Salad

Broccoli Craisin  SaladBroccoliIngredients

• 4 cups broccoli
• 1/2-1 cup cole slaw
• 1/2-1 cup craisins
• 10-12 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
• 1/2 cup cashews chopped

Dressing

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. white vinegar
• 1 tsp. Salad Supreme

Directions

1. Mix Broccoli, coleslaw, craisins and crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar and Salad Supreme to make the salad dressing.
3. Pour over broccoli mixture and chill and stir to coat.
4. Chill salad at least two hours before serving.

In six attempts or less, find your 1-RM Weighted Pull-Up
Rest at least 2-3 minutes between attempts, and spend that time working on hip mobility, glute activation and foam rolling.

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Pull-Up Complex (2 Strict + 4 Chest-to-Bar + 6 Kipping)
Run 200 Meters
