In teams of 2-3, with only one partner working at a time of:
Bodyweight Floor Press x 220 reps
Ring Rows x 250 reps
You must finish both your floor press and ring rows before your teammate may begin his/her bench press. So, Teammate A completes as many unbroken reps of floor press as possible, then immediately jumps onto the rings and completes as many unbroken ring rows as possible. Teammate B may only begin pressing after Teammate A has come off the rings. Teammates B and C may adjust the weights on the barbell while Teammate A does ring rows.
Scaling – adjust the weights of the floor press so that on your first set you are capable of completing 10-20 reps.
