Hi, my name is Carlos. I FAST (I don’t eat anything) for 16-20 hours a day only consuming water, black coffee, and salt during those hours. But I’m told by the world, coaches, social media, news that I need to eat constantly to have energy and get bigger results in my training. I can only speak for myself and on the behalf of the 40+ members’ experiences at my gym. I guess we changed the rules of the game and I think we’re winning:).
-I’ve posted videos here to show you that my performance results haven’t suffered. To tell you the truth I am in the best shape of my life.
