Dynamic Warm-up/Pre-Game

A. 4 Rounds

Banded Belt Walks Carrying a Medicine Ball or Plate in 2:00 minute Intervals Paired with Partner

B.

In pairs complete 3 Rounds of the Following Exercises.  Each Partner will do an Equal Amount of Work completing each exercise.

 

600 m Med-Ball Run

30 Burpees

30 Push-ups

30 Box Jumps

600 m Med-Ball Run

 

C. Time Permitting

3 Rounds of

1:00 minute plank

20 Butterfly sit-ups
