The 2015 Whole Life Challenge – We are almost at the middle of the challenge and the team here at CrossFit Impact is busy gearing up for what’s sure to be an incredible eight weeks!
As a leader in the CrossFit Impact community, I’m incredibly delighted to see how many people have signed up for this fitness challenge! It’s simply wonderful to see so many members who are committed to making a positive change — change that’s going to set the tone for the rest of the year!
Over the next few weeks, you’re going to be challenged mentally and physically. There’s going to be pain, discomfort, sweat and maybe even a few tears, but the entire CrossFit Impact team is here to provide you with the support, motivation and guidance that you need to succeed in achieving your goals as an athlete! It’s a time of transformation and hard work and we’ll be here every step of the way.
I’m a firm believer that if it’s not worth working for, then it’s not worth having! This is so true when it comes to your health and fitness. Really, when you think about it, it’s impossible to fully enjoy the other aspects of your life if you don’t have your health and fitness.
Every day, I’m inspired and humbled by what I see in the members of the CrossFit Impact community. There are few things more wonderful than watching a person dig deep, really working to transform, and then, to see them not only achieve their goals, but surpass them. It’s this sort of dedication, commitment and mental stamina that’s truly inspiring. It’s truly a privilege to be part of this process — and it’s one that I witness even more often during the CrossFit Impact Whole Life Challenge!
The Whole Life Challenge is a great way to start off the new year! We’re on track for a healthy, productive and fun year, filled with lots of challenges and rewards.
The CrossFit Impact’s coaching team is here to guide you through your journey in the Whole Life Challenge. We’re here to provide you with support and encouragement; we’re also here to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We’re in this together and on behalf of the entire CrossFit Impact staff, I wish you the best of luck as you embark upon this year’s Whole Life Challenge! Community strong!
