When I was 29, I had a huge wake-up call when I realized I was almost 30 and was in terrible shape.
It happened one evening, on my way out to my job at a nightclub, when I found I couldn’t bend over to tie my shoes anymore.
I decided that before my next birthday…
…I would lose 30 pounds. Although it was a really sad moment in my life, from that day on, everything changed.
Strength Coach Evolution
I first started my evolution as a strength coach with Conjugate Fitness about a year and a half ago, after having worked out here as an athlete.
I began learning about the ins and outs of the program, gaining knowledge of the system other than just lifting weights.
Our system has been PROVEN to work, and it has been proven to work fast. In fact, I challenge you to check out how amazingly fast Conjugate Fitness ™ system will deliver the results you’ve been looking for.

I started taking a hard look at the numbers, and was figuring out how to balance my body and help others balance theirs.
Through the help of the Conjugate University Coaching program…
…I NOW have the confidence and knowledge as a strength coach to help any athlete that is placed in front of me.
We use the Conjugate Method sequence system, a program that is well balanced and really works.
This program not only affects your physical strength, but it makes you mentally stronger and more focused…
…which has a positive impact on every aspect of a client’s life.
I’m motivated in this industry because it makes me feel good and gives me longevity. I have an overall sense of well-being now, and it’s great to have that in everyday life.
It has been around six years since I started making changes in my life, and I’ve come a long way. I’ve learned that working out isn’t just about going to the gym. It’s much more than that.
To optimize performance, clients must have:
- Proper Position
…or they’ll fail for sure.
I’ve also learned that trying to do too much at once can backfire on you, and I’ve seen it firsthand.
Naturally, as a strength coach one teaching style doesn’t work for everyone, so there has to be a certain amount of adjustment. I found that challenging at first, but it really helped me grow, and now I feel like I can take on anything.
My goal as a strength coach is to get as many people as strong as possible and to help them understand that working out and training needs to be done properly. I want to see my clients in the best shape of their lives and looking their best.
When I’m not at the gym, I love hanging out with my family…
…and educating myself more and more every day. I’m always growing as an individual, between yoga, sports, and spending time outdoors with my dog.
Working out is not something that I do just to blow off steam or to improve my look. This is something that is integral to my life, and I’m very happy that I’m able to share it with others every day.
