Complete the following movements at 70% effort for 20 minutes:
20 Jumping Jacks or 200m Row
20 Mountain Climbers or 15 Box Jump
20 Air Squats
10 Single-Leg Deadlift Right Leg
10 Single-Leg Deadlift Left Leg
30 Second Plank Hold
30 Second Bottom Squat Hold
60 Seconds Rest
C)
4 sets of:
Max Sit-ups x 1 minute
