12 minutes of:
Station 1- 10 Box Jumps
Station 2-14 Alternating KB Snatch (7 each arm)
Station 3-300m/200m Row
Rest 3:00 then
10 Minutes of:
Station 1-20 KB Swings
Station 2-20 Single DB Walking Lunges
Station 3-200m Run
Rest 3:00 then
8 Minutes of:
Station 1-8 Pull Ups or 12 Ring Rows
Station 2-15 DB Deadlifts
Station 3-300m/200m Row
