15 Hip Bridges
20 Air Squats
Every 2:00 minutes, drop and do 5 burpees

Rest 3:00-5:00 minutes

50 Lateral Hops
40 Step ups/ or Kettlebell swings
30 Mountain Climbers
20 V-Ups
10 Thrusters (grab dumbbells, a loaded backpack, a gallon of milk, a couple of drinks, anything!!!)

Rest 3:00 Minutes

Tabata Cycle (6-8 Rounds)
Sit ups
Planks
Russian Twists
